Shipping & Delivery Policy
At E-Sheesh, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and hassle-free. All orders are fully tracked from dispatch to delivery. To ensure smooth communication, please provide a valid email address for automated tracking updates and a mobile number in case we need to contact you.
📦 Dispatch Times
- Same Day Dispatch – Orders placed by 3:30 PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.
- Processing Time – We strive to dispatch all orders within 12 hours.
- Weekend & Bank Holidays – Orders placed after 3:30 PM Friday or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
⚠️ Once dispatched, delivery times are managed by EVRi, APC, DPD, or Royal Mail. In the rare case of a parcel not being delivered, these couriers only allow us to raise a missing parcel claim after up to 12 working days.

- Delivery Time: 1–2 working days (Mon–Sat).
- Cost: £4.99.
- Free Delivery: Orders over £40 (£40.01 and above).
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (APC/DPD)
- Delivery Time: Next Working Day (Mon–Fri).
- Cost: £7.99.
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery (APC)
- Delivery Time: Guaranteed delivery on Saturday.
- Cost: £9.99.

❌ Incorrect Address Policy
If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional re-delivery charges will apply.
📱 Delivery Preferences
Customers using EVRi, APC, DPD, or Royal Mail apps can set delivery preferences (e.g., safe place or neighbour). Once a parcel is left at your chosen location, it is considered delivered.
